Coming from outside Mumbai? Ask for a hostel tour while booking and we will include it.
Booking takes about two minutes
Start booking-
Share a few details
Your name, contact number, where you study now and the programme you are curious about.

Pick a date and time
Any day from Monday to Saturday, in the 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM slot, up to three months ahead.

Get your entry PIN
Your 4-digit PIN and QR code arrive by email and SMS as soon as you book.

Show it at Gate 1
Arrive 15 minutes early with a photo ID. Reception checks you in with your PIN or QR code.

- Gate 1, at the main reception.
- When to arrive
- 15 minutes before your slot, so check-in doesn't eat into your visit.
- What to bring
- A government-issued photo ID and your entry PIN or QR code.
- Visiting days
- Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Questions before you book
When will I get my entry PIN?
Right after you confirm your booking. It appears on screen and is sent to the email address and mobile number you share, along with a QR code.
Which days and times can I visit?
Monday to Saturday, at 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM. You can book from tomorrow up to about three months ahead. Days that are already full are greyed out in the calendar.
Can I see the hostel?
Yes. Choose "Yes" for the hostel tour when you book and it will be added to your visit.
My plans changed. What should I do?
Reply to your confirmation email and the admissions team will help you move your visit.
