Presenting <em>Pedagogy 4.0<\/em> as the \u201ctonal center\u201d of digital education, he emphasised that MOOC demands structure, assessments, community, nudges, and empathy-centric design. He unpacked the art and science of crafting Learning Dialogues (LeDs)\u2014short, crisp, interactive micro-lessons that elevate the learner experience.
