Entrepreneurship is often associated with innovation, disruption and growth. However, behind every successful startup is a founder navigating uncertainty, high-pressure decisions and the challenges of building a venture from the ground up. Recognising that entrepreneurial success depends not only on business acumen but also on personal resilience and wellbeing, ATLAS SkillTech University continues to strengthen its commitment to building a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In line with this vision, ATLAS X LSE recently hosted Founder\u2013Funder Dialogues: Co-creating Supportive Startup Ecosystems for Entrepreneurial Wellbeing<\/em> under the Resilient Founders<\/em><\/strong> initiative, in collaboration with LSE Generate and MindHug. The initiative brought together founders, investors, academics and ecosystem leaders to explore how stronger support systems and healthier founder-funder relationships can contribute to sustainable entrepreneurial success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating Space for Meaningful Conversations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The dialogue was designed to address an increasingly important aspect of entrepreneurship – founder wellbeing. While startup ecosystems often focus on funding, growth and scalability, discussions around the mental and emotional challenges faced by founders remain limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session created a platform for open conversations about resilience, leadership and the role that investors, institutions and support networks can play in helping entrepreneurs navigate the realities of startup life. By encouraging honest dialogue, the initiative highlighted the need for more empathetic and sustainable approaches to entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insights from Leaders Across the Startup Ecosystem<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The event featured an inspiring keynote address by Vineet Rai, Founder and Vice Chairman of Aavishkaar Group<\/strong>, who shared his perspectives on entrepreneurship, impact investing and the importance of building ecosystems that enable founders to succeed over the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discussion also brought together a distinguished panel of experts and ecosystem builders, including Srishti Srivastava, Founder and CEO of Infiheal; Chitraj Singh, Founder and CEO of MindHug; Atrayee Chakraborty, Senior Vice President – Strategy at Omnicom Advertising Group and Founder of Coach Atrayee; Manish Chhajed, Founder and Managing Partner of Sweat Equity Partners India; and Sangeeta Bhattacharya, Associate Director at Dasra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session was moderated by Dr. Paroma Bhattacharya, Head of Social Innovation at LSE Generate<\/strong>, who guided the conversation around the evolving dynamics between founders and funders and the need to create stronger support systems within startup communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rethinking the Founder\u2013Funder Relationship<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the central themes of the dialogue was the importance of fostering trust, empathy and transparency between founders and investors. The speakers discussed how meaningful founder-funder relationships can extend beyond financial support and play a critical role in helping entrepreneurs navigate challenges, setbacks and periods of uncertainty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conversation also explored how the startup ecosystem can move beyond a culture that glorifies constant hustle and instead embrace a more balanced and sustainable approach to entrepreneurship. Founder wellbeing, participants noted, is an essential contributor to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
