Session Chair Guidelines

  1. Each paper is allotted 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
  2. A session chair will be assigned to each presentation session.
  3. The chair must remind presenters of their time limits (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for discussion and transition).
  4. At the start of each presentation, the chair should announce the paper title, author(s), and speaker’s affiliation.
  5. If time permits, the chair should invite audience questions. If none arise, the chair should engage the speaker with relevant questions.
