Aman Sawardekar from ATLAS | ISME wins the ATLAS B-Plan Challenge 2023

The grand finale of ATLAS B-Plan Challenge 2023, a flagship competition of ATLAS SkillTech University to encourage entrepreneurship was held at ATLAS campus. It was an exciting opportunity for aspiring student entrepreneurs and startups as they presented their business ideas and plans to a panel of judges / investors to win the seed-funding, mentorship to float their own company and help with entry / exit market strategies, besides excellent networking opportunity to expand their professional network.

The panel of judges and investors of ATLAS B-Plan Challenge 2023 included esteemed industry experts Mr. Raj Shah, Founder & CEO of Source of Supplements and Mr. Shashank Randev, Founder VC at 100X.VC. The three teams- Ellochre, Atypical and Zoodles emerged as winners in the competition securing 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place in the competition respectively.

ATLAS B-Plan Challenge involved multiple rounds of presentations and pitches, with each round focusing on different aspects of the business plan, such as market research, financial projections and team dynamics. Judges and investors evaluated the presentations based on factors such as feasibility, innovation, market potential and the strength of the founding team. The elimination round saw only the top five teams moving to the final round. All the five team that were selected for the grand finale presented Problem Statement, Business Concept, Customer/ Market, Forecasted P & L, Value Preposition, Revenue Model, Impact, Validation of Concept, CAPEX, Target Market and Growth Potential to pitch their business ideas to the investors.

The competition provided a platform to the budding entrepreneurs of ATLAS to hone their pitching skills, showcase their ideas, gain valuable feedback and win funding or other resources to help bring their business ideas to life.

Profile of the judges

Mr. Shashank Randev

Shashank Randev is an Indian entrepreneur and investor who is the founder of 100X.VC, a seed-stage venture capital firm based in Mumbai, India.

Randev has over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, investment, and corporate strategy. He has held senior positions at a number of prominent companies, including Infosys, Wipro, and GE, and has also served as a mentor and advisor to a variety of startups and early-stage companies.

In 2019, Randev founded 100X.VC, which operates as a seed-stage venture capital firm that invests in startups across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, and e-commerce. The firm offers a unique investment model that involves providing a standardized package of funding, mentorship, and resources to startups, with the aim of helping them to grow and scale more effectively. Since its founding, 100X.VC has invested in over 200 startups and has become one of the most active venture capital firms in India.

Mr. Raj Shah

Raj Shah is Co-Founder & CEO at Source of Supplements, a well-known name in bodybuilding and fitness Industry of the country. The brand envisions to be a one stop destination for sourcing exclusive health & wellness products and supplements for a fitness freak.

The 23-year old young entrepreneur is alumnus of ISME School of Management & Entrepreneurship.
