Career Connect 2023 Connects Students with Top Industry Professionals and Boosts Career Success
40+ renowned industry partners, 1200+ on-campus interviews
ATLAS SkillTech University’s Career Connect 2023 event was a huge success! With over 40 top-tier industry partners in attendance, including big names like Lodha Ventures – Bonito Design, Schbang, HDFC Life, Vedanta, Marsil Exports and VMLY&R, the campus was buzzing with excitement as more than 1200 interviews were conducted for student placements, internships, and capstone projects. The event served as an exceptional on-campus networking platform, providing our students and alumni with the perfect opportunity to connect with potential employers and industry professionals, and kick-start their careers. What’s more, students from all three schools of the university- ATLAS | ISDI School of Design & Innovation, ATLAS | ISME School of Management & Entrepreneurship and ATLAS | uGDX School of Technology- participated in the event, making it a truly comprehensive affair.
Preparing students for future industry roles
The Career Connect program is a comprehensive career counselling program that aims to help students explore their interests, skills and strengths and make informed decisions about their career paths. It includes a range of internships, capstones, short-term projects and job placement support services such as career assessments, counselling sessions, resume and portfolio building, student profiling, mock interviews and on-campus placements and internships interviews by our industry partners.

During Career Connect 2023, our students were able to identify their career interests, skills, and strengths, and connect with job, internship & capstone project opportunities that align with their goals. The impact of Career Connect 2023 was truly remarkable, with our students experiencing higher levels of career satisfaction and more successful placements. In fact, six of our interior design students were offered placements on the spot, while others are currently in the midst of multi-layered selection processes. The majority of companies present at the event are thoroughly examining student profiles for potential placements, internships, capstone projects, and short-term projects.

We applaud the exceptional achievement of Geetika Sukhani, Honey Bhansali, Mohd Shifaan Zeri, Rasila Beri, Tanishaa Jallan, and Vidushi Gupta, as they embark on a promising journey towards realising their dreams. Their passion for design and hard work have paid off, earning them a place among the elite design team of Bonito Design. We congratulate the outstanding Rhea Vardam, Daya Elizabeth Prasad, Manya Kamath, Jinesha Samdadia, Isha Arora, Esheka Soni, Tessa Jibu Thomas, Shivani, and Sana Desai on this remarkable achievement. Their hard work, dedication, and talent have earned them a spot in one of the most sought-after companies in the industry. It’s noteworthy that two of the chosen ones, Manya and Jinesha, are from the first year of design, and yet they have displayed an exceptional level of skill that has captured the attention of Foxymoron. This is a testament to the caliber of students we have at our institution, who are determined to excel in their chosen fields.
