In a spectacular showcase of creativity, talent, and boundless enthusiasm, ATLAS SkillTech University’s ILLENIUM 2024 recently concluded with resounding success, drawing a massive participation of over 3000 students from 20+ colleges. This Mumbai’s premier intercollegiate festival transformed the campus into a vibrant hub of 23+ events, competitions, and entertainment, leaving behind a legacy that will be remembered for years to come. The diverse participation from a multitude of colleges and the multitude of events showcased the festival’s ability to bring together a wide array of talents, making ILLENIUM 2024 an unparalleled celebration of skill and collaboration.

Diverse Range of Engaging Events

ILLENIUM 2024, organised by over 300 ATLAS students, featured a diverse array of events that catered to a wide spectrum of interests. From dance-offs to music battles, business pitches to fashion shows and quiz competitions to real-life monopoly games, ILLENIUM left no stone unturned to ensure a memorable experience for every participant.

Star-Studded Judging Panel

ILLENIUM 2024 boasted an impressive lineup of judges, including the renowned singer Dhvani Bhanushali, screenwriter Nupur Rai, actor and model Waluscha De Sousa, actor Aparshakti Khurana and founder of the famous clothing brand JAYWALKING Jay Jajal.

Raunaq Rajani brought his expertise to the spontaneous storytelling event. Additionally, the dance events, ‘Desi to Drip’ and ‘7 to Smoke,’ were graced by the presence of some of India’s finest dancers – Swetha Warrier, Neeraj Yadav, Akash Tambedkar and Prajwal Tawde, infusing the competitions with a blend of skill and artistry. Their presence added glamour and expertise to the festival, elevating it to new heights.

Highlighting Artistic Flair

The festival witnessed dramatic performances in events like ‘Filmy Fatka,’ ‘D.R.A.M.A’ and ‘Vintage Vogue,’ where participants redefined movie icons, showcased their dramatic talents and revolutionised runway fashion. The ‘Mr. & Ms. ILLENIUM’ competition tested participants’ wit, creativity, talents and acting skills through dynamic rounds. Natasha Grover the Brand & Operations Head of Miss India judged the final round of this event.

In ‘Ani-mate Your Fate,’ artists embarked on a journey to transform mundane moments into extraordinary marvels, utilising animation to breathe life into the ordinary. ‘Monochromatic Mastery’ unfolded as a canvas where the convergence of creativity and emotions painted a mesmerising portrait. Meanwhile, ‘Mirror Mirror’ invited participants to explore self-expression by painting self-portraits using diverse art styles, showcasing the kaleidoscope of individual artistic identities.

Igniting Business Minds

For the business-minded, ILLENIUM presented events such as ‘Portfolio Pioneers,’ ‘Sustainacity’ ‘Advertainment’ and ‘Master o-f The Streets,’ challenging participants to strategise portfolios, innovate sustainable solutions, showcase creative branding and navigate a thrilling boardgame reality.

Thrilling Informals and Sports Extravaganza

Informal events like ‘J.A.M,’ ‘Quiz and Ladders’ and ‘Design and Decibels’ added an element of spontaneity and excitement, while sports enthusiasts found their haven with events like ‘Teqball Thunders’ and ‘Spin and Swing,’ catering to soccer, table tennis and cricket enthusiasts.

Fusion of Dance and Music

To express the language of dance, events like ‘7 To Smoke,’ ‘Desi To Drip’ and ‘Homeroom Harmonies’ brought together the fusion of Hindi and English melodies, creating a nostalgic journey through school days.

Generous Gifts and Rewards

Participants and winners were treated to a premium range of gifts, ranging from Apple iPads to Fossil watches, guitars, exercise spin bikes, boat speakers, headphones, silver jewelry, Polaroid cameras and more.

Triumphant Winners

The grand finale saw the emergence of victorious teams and individuals, with Jai Hind College clinching the Overall PR Trophy, Literary Arts Trophy and Fine Arts Trophy. HR College of Commerce& Economics secured the Performing Arts Trophy and Business Acumen Trophy, while Thakur College of Science and Commerce claimed the Informals Trophy.

In the race for the top spots, KC College displayed commendable performance, securing the 2nd Runner-Up position. Jai Hind College claimed the 1st Runner-Up position, setting the stage for the crowning moment where HR College of Commerce and Economics emerged as the triumphant winner of ILLENIUM 2024.

Grand Finale and Closing Ceremony

From the grand inauguration to the final showdown, and the closing ceremony featuring the beats of DJ Jinendra, ILLENIUM 2024 concluded with a bang, marking the end of an extraordinary chapter in the university’s history.

ATLAS SkillTech University’s ILLENIUM 2024 went beyond the conventional college festival; it embodied the vibrant spirit of creativity, talent and collaboration.
