ISDI’s Communication Design student integrates Design Thinking with AI

Projects form an integral part of the ATLAS | ISDI curriculum. They enable our students to implement design solutions based on practical tasks, from design to prototype application. The aim is to pursue design-thinking approaches and experimental work processes.

We are proud to present the work of our Junior Year Communication Design student Gauri Kulkarni, implemented in transdisciplinary settings. The project- Amigo is an AI-enabled personalised hand assisted by an app that will help autistic and physically challenged individuals carry out his/her daily activities with ease.

Gauri has tactfully integrated design thinking with scientific knowledge and societal problem handling for this project.
