Introducing ‘MBA Springboard’ by ATLAS ISME – School of Management & Entrepreneurship, a groundbreaking endeavor designed to provide a remarkable head start to young graduates and aspiring MBA students. This initiative aims to empower them on their educational journey and has already attracted 240 fresh graduates and MBA aspirants from all over the country who have enrolled at ATLAS ISME for 2023-25 cohort.

MBA Springboard creates an engaging platform for students to actively shape their own learning path in a collaborative environment. It marks a departure from conventional approaches to the MBA experience and embraces cutting-edge methods to equip our students with the necessary skills to thrive in the future. Hyper-Personalised Curriculum

At ATLAS ISME, we believe in shaping the curriculum ‘for the future by the future.’By collecting valuable insights through thought-provoking questions, we ensure our curriculum is tailored to their needs and aspirations, creating a hyper-personalised learning experience. The information gathered from students’ responses to the four questions becomes the foundation for our curriculum. While it may not be possible to incorporate every detail, we strive to infuse their perspectives, expectations and desires into the curriculum. By doing so, we aim to break the barriers of traditional teaching methods and provide an education that aligns with the evolving demands of the business world and Gen Z.

Portfolio Building Exercise

As part of the MBA Springboard, we offer a unique portfolio building exercise conducted by Prof. Ameya Ambulkar and Prof. Manthan Gala. This exercise goes beyond the conventional CV building workshop. It delves into the granular aspects of creating an impactful CV, including formatting guidelines, sentence curation and the philosophical understanding that a CV is not merely a document but a reflection of the students’ journey. By starting this process early, we empower our students to build their careers from day one.

Accelerating the MBA Experience

The MBA Springboard is designed to propel students forward by offering them an accelerated MBA experience. Rather than waiting for the official classes to begin in July, we start engaging with students early on. This initiative allows us to get to know our students on a personal level while helping them familiarise themselves with ATLAS ISME.

Listening to Gen Z

The purpose of MBA Springboard goes beyond the acceleration of the MBA experience. We recognise the importance of listening to Gen Z—the voice of the future. By understanding their expectations, dreams and aspirations, we break away from the barriers of teaching and foster a learning environment that addresses their needs. This initiative is a testament to our commitment to provide the education and opportunities that Gen Z deserves.
