Ritesh Andre conducts a session on Mumbai Dabbawalas

It’s our pleasure to host Mr Ritesh Andre, Spokesperson of Mumbai Dabbawala & TEDx speaker on campus. He conducted a Masterclass on the massive logistics success of Mumbai Dabbawalas who deliver home-cooked tiffins to 2 lac+ people daily. They uphold a Six Sigma Certification by Harvard and Forbes and were admired by personalities like King Charles and Richard Branson.

The session helped our students learn about their ingenious coding system, innovative screening process of new Dabbawalas, flat hierarchical structure and unshakeable belief that delivering food is a service to God. It was the first Masterclass session in The Leap to Learn series introduced for skill-building and various mentorship opportunities for ATLAS | ISME students. We thank Mr Ritesh for visiting and enriching our students’ learning experience!
