ATLAS Students Work On A Live Project With CEAT

CEAT Design Hackathon Challenge held at our campus presented a unique opportunity for ATLAS students to work on a live project with CEAT to design, develop and launch a consumer product made from end-of-life tyres. The event was inaugurated by the guest of honour Lady Mayor of West Yorkshire Tracy Brabin. The idea behind the Hackathon was to develop a sustainable solution that fulfils CEAT’s vision to drive sustainability and establish a circular economy. Our students not only presented their ideas to Team CEAT but also converted the ideas into designs and prototypes. Jay Doshi and Jignesh Sharda from CEAT evaluated and shortlisted the best ideas on the parameters of Design, Product Pitch, Utility and manufacturability.
