Manish also shared an interesting example of how machines are now surpassing human performance. In 2016, a computer program called AlphaGo defeated a 9-dan professional in a five-game match, becoming the first time a computer program had beaten a human professional. AlphaGo has since gone on to beat other human champions from around the world. In just 21 days of learning, AlphaGo Master defeated AlphaGo 100-0, evolving into the most sophisticated AI ever created, called AlphaZero.
