Internal Quality Assurance Cell
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of ATLAS SkillTech University will play a vital
role in ensuring and enhancing the quality of education and research activities within the
institution. Overall, the IQAC will play a crucial role in promoting a culture of quality and
excellence within the institution, which will ultimately contribute to the overall reputation
and performance of the University.
Functions of IQAC:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of academic programs, teaching, research, and administrative services to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate internal audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of quality assurance measures and to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to academic departments in implementing quality assurance measures and addressing any deficiencies.
- Organize training and professional development programs for faculty and staff on quality assurance best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders to promote a culture of quality and excellence.
- Act as a liaison between the university and external accrediting bodies to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback mechanisms to collect data on student and stakeholder satisfaction levels and to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports to university administration and governing bodies on the results of quality assurance activities and recommendations for improvement.
