ATLAS SkillTech University recently celebrated the graduation of its Batch of 2024, celebrating a remarkable academic journey. The event highlighted the impressive placement achievements, with graduates securing roles at top companies and fashion houses such as Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, J.P. Morgan, Gaurav Gupta Studio and Elle,among others. Additionally, several graduates are pursuing advanced studies at prestigious universities like the London School of Economics, University of the Arts London, & New York University among others.

The award was presented to ATLAS | ISDI for its extraordinary contribution in design education in the presence of more than 600 leaders from India’s top-ranked universities and education institutions. Prof. Poonam Mishra, HOD- Fashion Communication & Styling, Prof. Arun Lakra, Program Director- Fashion Luxury & Lifestyle Design and Monisha Mansukhani, Faculty- Fashion accepted the award on behalf of ATLAS.
A big achievement for ATLAS SkillTech University as we recieved the award for the “Most Futuristic & Leading Skill University of the Year 2022” India Award under “Innovative Teaching Approach, Quality Education & Leading Infrastructure “Category for the year 2022 (GLOBAL EDITION). from the prestigious National Architecture and Interior Design Excellence Awards 2022- Global Edition. This conference and event held in Bengaluru witnessed the presence of more than 450 Architects / Brands / Interior Designers / Builders/ Design Institutes under one roof.
Visiting Studio Eeksaurus was a unique immersive learning opportunity for our third-year 3D Animation & VFX students that was not limited to experiencing the latest technology. It extended to understanding Claymation, the production quality of stop motion animation and current trends driving entertainment and advertising.
The students also got a chance to meet and interact with the Founder & Creative Director of Studio Eeksaurus Mr Suresh Eriyat who has bagged National honours for his short animation film Fisherwoman and Tuk-Tuk in the Best Animation Film category.
Experiential learning opportunities like this go a long way towards solidifying the knowledge students acquire in the classroom.
Our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students visited the Bombay Stock Exchange as a part of their industry visit. It was a dream come true for all the young finance enthusiasts and business aficionados to be inside the building. Over 250 students across the BBA program visited the ring where the trading took place in the 1980’s and 1990′ s and were fascinated with the history. The students also participated in a session on Capital Markets by Prof. Rakesh Nair, Senior faculty and Trainer at the BSE Institute followed by a question and answer session.
The visit enabled our students to enhance their knowledge of the overall working of the stock exchange.

UX portfolio reflects who you are as a designer by showcasing your strengths in a way that appeals to your audience and helps you land your UX design job. ATLAS ISDI Fellow Adesh Bhansali, Design Lead at Lollypop Design conducted a session on ‘Building your UX portfolio’ for our design students. He shared real-world insights into how to create a portfolio, different formats and what hiring managers are looking for in a portfolio.
Some key takeaways from his session are:
– Your UX-design portfolio must showcase who you are as a designer: your areas of expertise, strengths, processes and design styles
– Before designing your portfolio, prioritize what you want to communicate. What are the top three things about you and your work that a reader of your portfolio should take away? Revisit this question once your portfolio is complete to be sure you have achieved your goal.
