Foundations of Psychology and Business
The first year of the BBA in Business Psychology program, students are introduced to the core principles of psychology and business. Courses like Introduction to Psychology, Cognitive Psychology & Decision Making, and Business Psychology develop a strong understanding of human behavior. These are paired with foundational business courses such as Principles of Management, Marketing & Consumer Psychology, and Professional Communication. Tools like Excel and AI-based business applications are introduced, alongside essential themes in environmental sustainability and the Indian knowledge system.
Applied Behavioral Science and Research Skills
The second year deepens psychological understanding in areas like Social Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Emotional Intelligence. It introduces applied skills such as Research Methodology, Personal Finance, and Digital Tools for Behavioural Sciences. Business ethics and strategic people management are also covered. This year equips students with both analytical and interpersonal skills necessary for understanding organizational dynamics and beginning academic research.
Leadership, Strategy, and Cultural Insights
Year three emphasizes leadership development and cross-cultural competence with courses like Psychology of Leadership, Cross-Cultural Psychology, and Conflict Theory & Resolution. Students explore the strategic side of business through Business Strategy, Behavioural Finance, and Social Media Psychology. Electives and domain-specific studies such as Behavioural Dynamics in Family Businesses offer exposure to niche areas, preparing students for more specialized professional roles.
Innovation, Capstone Research, and Industry Experience
The final year is focused on innovation, application, and transition to the professional world. Students engage in advanced subjects like Organizational Development, Psychology of Innovation, and People Analytics. They also work on a Capstone Research Thesis, supported by coursework in Entrepreneurial Psychology and Finance for Enterprise. Internships in both semesters offer immersive industry experience, preparing graduates for careers or further academic pursuits.

Online Aptitude Test
The Online Aptitude Test, is a comprehensive test designed to assess the skills of aspiring candidates seeking admission to the program. The exam consists of five distinct sections: Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Business Communication and Speaking & Writing Skills, which together carry a total weightage of 80% in the entrance exam evaluation.

Personal Interview
The interview plays a crucial role in the selection process, carrying a weightage of 20% alongside the online aptitude test. This interview provides an opportunity for candidates to showcase their personal qualities, communication skills, and passion. It allows the selection panel to assess the candidate’s ability to articulate ideas clearly, demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, and exhibit a genuine interest in the subject.
